Firearms ship to the licensed dealer you choose. Ammunition, magazines and accessories ship to your door.

Shipping cost

• $29.99 flat rate per order.
• Free shipping on orders over $999.
• Your FFL dealer charges a separate transfer fee, paid to them at pickup. In Arkansas it is commonly $20 to $50. Call to confirm.

How a firearm gets to you

1. Choose a dealer. Any federally licensed (FFL) dealer who handles transfers: gun shops, many pawn shops and sporting-goods stores, in Little Rock, Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Jonesboro, Stuttgart or the town nearest you. Call first to confirm they accept shipped transfers.
2. Enter the dealer at checkout. Name, city and state are enough. The FFL number speeds things up if you have it.
3. We confirm the licence. We obtain a copy of the dealer's licence before the firearm ships.
4. Pick up. Bring a valid government photo ID with your current address. You complete ATF Form 4473 and the dealer runs the background check through the FBI NICS system. Arkansas has no waiting period and no purchase permit, so a cleared check normally means you leave with the gun that day.

Handguns must go to a dealer in your state of residence. A long gun can go to a dealer in another state only where the sale is legal in both states. We never ship a firearm to a home address.

When it ships

Orders usually leave within 1 to 3 business days after payment clears and, for firearms, once we have your dealer's licence. Tracking arrives by email. Ground service reaches nearly every Arkansas address, including rural routes in the Delta and the Ozarks. If yours needs a different arrangement, we will contact you.

Items from partner warehouses

Some items ship from partner distributors and not from our main warehouse. They usually ship within 1 to 3 weeks, and we email you if yours will take longer. If we cannot ship an item within 30 days of your order, we tell you and refund it in full, or you can choose to keep waiting.

Ammunition

• Arkansas requires no permit, licence or background check to buy ammunition, and it ships directly to Arkansas home addresses.
• Federal age limits apply: 18 for rifle and shotgun ammunition, 21 for handgun ammunition.
• Ammunition travels by ground only, never by air, so it often arrives after the rest of your order.
• An adult signature may be required on delivery.
• Duck hunters: only non-toxic shot (steel, bismuth, tungsten) is legal for waterfowl. Lead shotshells are fine for clays and for game where AGFC allows them, but do not carry them in the duck woods.
• Some other states and cities restrict direct ammunition shipments, including California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois and Washington, D.C. If we cannot ship legally to an address, we cancel that item and refund you.

Magazines and rifle features

Arkansas sets no limit on magazine capacity and has no ban on semi-automatic rifles or particular features, and state preemption (Ark. Code 14-16-504) means no city or county can add one. Standard-capacity magazines and modern sporting rifles ship to Arkansas normally. Other states restrict certain magazines and firearms, so if you are sending an item outside Arkansas, check the law where it is going.

Restricted items

You are responsible for making sure what you order is legal where you live and where it ships. If an order cannot be lawfully completed, we cancel and refund it in full. We do not sell NFA items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles or shotguns, machine guns).
